St Thomas’ Hospital, Lambeth Palace Road, is situated on the south side of the River Thames, just off Westminster Bridge and directly opposite the Houses of Parliament.  There is foot access only from Westminster Bridge, and the main entrance for vehicles is on Lambeth Palace Road.

The nearest tube and main line stations are as follows: 

Westminster Tube Station (District, Circle and Jubilee tube lines)

Waterloo Station (Bakerloo, Northern and Jubilee tube lines,
South East Network Railway and Eurostar)

Both Westminster and Waterloo tube stations are a short walk from St Thomas’ Hospital (less than 10 minutes).
